Username and Passwords

When you join our website you will be able to create your own username (6 - 15 alpha numeric characters) and password (6 - 10 alpha numeric characters). Please make sure your write it down correctly. The usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so you need to use lowercase and CAPITAL letters where they are necessary.

We monitor the number of concurrent logins per username, so if you share your login information with other users you WILL get locked out. Any excessive violation of our Concurrent Login policy will result in your account being permanently locked out.

There are two ways to reach Customer Support:

(1) You may access the on-line CCBill Customer Service page (link will take you to a secure server. If the link does not work, please copy and paste http://www.ccbill.com/customer-service.html into your browser).

(2) You may call 888-596-9279 (toll free phone). Both methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Please have two of the following three pieces of information available:

• Your e-mail address (address used when you joined)
• Your credit card number or bank account number used to purchase your membership
• Your subscription number (only the last 10 digits are necessary - it will start with 1, 6, or 7)
